Unlike traditional felt hats, this is not just compressed wool. Our 5.5 mm structured merino design is built for real sauna conditions — maintaining shape under heat, distributing temperature evenly, and preventing overheating during longer sessions. This optimized thickness delivers thermal protection, structural stability (even in steam), and breathable insulation.

Each LoylyCraft sauna hat is hand-inspected for quality and shipped directly from our studio in Marina del Rey, California. We process all orders within 1–2 business days to ensure your hat arrives in time for your next session.
