Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

How to Start a Return To initiate a return, please visit our Self-Service Return Portal

Log in: Use the email address associated with your order to receive a one-time 6-digit login code.

Request: Select the item(s) you wish to return and submit your request.

Approval: Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with the return shipping address and further instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via the portal will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility & Condition To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Hygiene & Safety (Specific to Sauna Hats) For hygiene and safety reasons, any sauna hat that has been worn in the sauna—even once—is not eligible for return or exchange. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for providing their own return shipping and covering the costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately via our Contact Form if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
