All LoylyCraft sauna hats are inspected and shipped with care from our studio in Marina del Rey, California.
1. Processing Time
We know you're eager to get into the sauna! Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with a trackable link as soon as your package is scanned by the carrier.
2. United States Shipping (Domestic)
We ship nationwide via UPS® to provide the most reliable, premium delivery experience for our customers.

Shipping Costs: Rates are calculated in real-time at checkout based on the weight of your order and your specific destination.
Tracking: Every order includes end-to-end tracking. You can track your package via your confirmation email or by logging into your [Self-Service Portal].
3. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please notify us via our Contact Form within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work quickly with the carrier to investigate and ensure you receive your order.
4. Delays & Address Accuracy
Carrier Delays: While we ship your order promptly, LoylyCraft is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, extreme weather, or peak seasonal volume.
Incorrect Addresses: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the additional reshipping costs.
